I doubt it's lake effect, but we're going from a high of 57F today to a low of 10F tonight. Weird

Here's the temperature graph for the last 24 hours where I am. Temperature in degrees Celsius and the time scale across the bottom is UTC. The blue line is temperature, the red line is dew point, the big temperature drop started at 14:00UTC or 9 AM EST. and the numbers on the extreme left of the pic were the current conditions when the picture was taken (6:10am)

We should all retire and join Rasper in southern Mexico. He never complains.

I thought Tennessee was going to be it but it's too hot in the summer to do anything and too cool and damp in the winter.

You might be on to something but Mexico's out, I'm too old (or maybe just too lazy) to learn a new language. I need to go somewhere they speak either English or Dutch, Aruba maybe, I hear it's nice there.

    Whether the weather be fine
Or whether the weather be not,
    Whether the weather be cold
Or whether the weather be hot,
    We'll weather the weather
    Whatever the weather,
Whether we like it or not.
Iím going off to go find myself. If Iím not back by the time I return, keep me here.
