    The resultant sculpture - "The Artifact"

    Hi there,

    So here is an image of the final sculpture which I am calling "The Artifact"

    I'm also a writer so I'll be composing a bit of flash fiction to go along with the sculpture.

    It's ugly but I think it is so cool...

    You could write a whole SYFY movie around this, just don't say it's name 3 times.

    Hi Petee,

    It's a brass rod. I think 3/8's. It's the only part of the piece I did not make. I have a tap & die set to thread it and screw it into the base and head. It just looks like its floating because of the camera angle.
